Reports
This API call allows you to retrieve reports for voice broadcasts, SurVo's, IVR, Click-to-Call activity and general call details. Response format can be CSV or XML.
Available methods:
- broadcast
- Get a report of all Voice Broadcast in a given date range.
- call_detail
- Fully customizable Call Detail Report that allows you to choose which data (columns) you want returned in the report.
- call_detail_csv
- Get a Call Detail Report in comma-separated value format (CSV).
- clickto
- Get a report of Click-to-Call's made.
- survo
- Get a report of SurVo data.
